1) Upon receiving the fasting breads, place the bag of breads in your freezer.
2) On a fasting day (usually Wednesdays and/or Fridays), prepare 3-4 rolls for an 18 hour or a 24 hour fast.
3) Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees.
4) When oven is ready, place roll(s) directly from freezer into oven on a tray.
5) Bake for 5-6 minutes and remove rolls from oven, allowing them to cool.
